Double Room Available in Gleadless £460pcm

Hiya :)

We (me and my girlfriend) live in a lovely house just off Gleadless Common. Our last housemate has just left to go travelling so we are on the lookout for a new housemate!

I work in a youth centre roughly 9-5 but work from home occasionally. Emma works from home most of the time, marketing for an outdoors org. If you WFH, there's a desk in your room plus spaces elsewhere in the house eg kitchen table!

We love the outdoors - running, climbing, hiking, cycling etc. and try to get out to the Peak when we've not got other plans! I try to climb indoors at least once a week over the winter. Also, very much enjoy a chill evening of cooking/eating/netflix binging/reading etc.

We like to keep a tidy/clean house but we're not perfect. Also into green living and are veggie so would love if you shared/respected those values but not essential.

We have space to store your bike under cover and a car in a car park, if you have either. We have a small garden and our house backs onto a big park area.

Bills included - we are council band C here.
