# Mini oven
# Vacuum Cleaner

# Washing Machine
# Cupboards/Drawers
# Cutlery/Utensils/Saucepans/Frying Pans/Plates/Mugs, etc

PLEASE NOTE:
# Shared Bathroom/Shower with one other person (that’s me).
# Quiet, respectful home environment.
# On Road Parking.
# I will dry your washing twice a week in the tumble dryer. Or, you can use the washing line outside.
# Please keep the noise down. No slamming doors, no loud TV/Music etc.
# No visitors, or overnight stays.
# There’s a smart TV in your room with Amazon Prime. I don’t watch TV myself so I don’t have a TV licence. If you want to watch BBC/ITV etc, you will need to buy a licence.
# Local bus routes into town. There’s a selection of shops, pubs, fish shop, park, garage, workingmen’s club, and lovely walks, especially around Greasbrough Dams.
