The house has a well-equipped and decently sized kitchen, shared lounge/living space and a conservatory opening onto a nice garden (green fingers a plus but not essential!). There is also a bathroom and utility area. The neighbours are friendly.

There is a drive on the front that will fit one car/van and ample on-street parking.

The room arrangements are suitable for a work-from-home or hybrid worker with access to a downstairs desk, etc. for their working needs.

The house is close to plenty of local amenities and excellent public transport links. The location has easy access to the Peak District, Sheffield City Centre, Dronfield and Chesterfield. It's a genuinely great place to live!

I'm a self employed Artist Blacksmith, so would appreciate someone creative or intellectually curious, left leaning and interested in keeping a comfortable home.

Stated rent also covers Council tax (Band A) and Water, other bills (gas, electric & internet) are extra.
