Joint Tenancy - Housemate Required

I'm looking for someone to share my home in Greenhill. It's a comfortable, quiet house with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The house has a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen, a shared lounge/living space and a conservatory that opens onto a lovely garden. Green fingers would be a bonus, but definitely aren't essential! There's also a bathroom, utility area and plenty of storage.

There's a driveway at the front with space for one car or van, as well as plenty of on-street parking.

For anyone working from home or hybrid working, there's access to a downstairs desk/workspace, so you don't have to spend your working day cooped up in your bedroom.

Greenhill is well placed for local amenities and has excellent public transport links. It's also easy to get into Sheffield city centre and out towards the Peak District, Dronfield and Chesterfield.

A little about me: I'm a self-employed Artist Blacksmith, and I'm a creative, sociable and laid-back person. I'm hoping to find someone who is similarly creative or intellectually curious, socially progressive/left-leaning, and interested in keeping a comfortable, welcoming home. I'm very happy to socialise and share a meal or a drink, but equally happy for us both to do our own thing. I think being able to comfortably share a space without either person feeling they have to be “on” all the time is important.

The garden, conservatory and shared spaces are there to be enjoyed, and I'd ideally like someone who sees the house as somewhere to live and relax, rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The advertised rent includes Council Tax (Band A) and water. Gas, electricity and internet are additional and would be shared between us.
