We're here to tell you about the large double room becoming available in this fantastic fully-furnished detached house on Brookfield Road in Nether Edge.

Arguably one of the best areas in Sheffield, you'll be less than a minute walk to all the best places on Abbeydale Road. Pretty much behind Forge Bakery and close to shops, bars and pubs for everything you'll ever need. There's excellent travel links to the city center and train station as well as being walking distance to the climbing center and bike trails. Garden area and free on street parking.

Brookfield Road has a great living room for you to relax in, a large kitchen diner to cook and dine in, utility room with dishwasher, washer and dryer for washing in, bathroom to bath in and a separate shower room to shower in and additional toilet to (you guessed it) do additional toilet things in! We've made all these high end and ready for you to move into.
Plus, there's no need to fret about splitting bills as they're all included in your monthly rent as well as a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas. Free on street parking right outside - no need for a permit (woohoo!)

Tell me more about the house, you say!
Well, the living room has a TV, huge comfy settees and large chair, dining table and high ceilings. The kitchen is large and fully fitted with a huge 5 hob oven, sink, dish washer, washing machine, dryer and three fridge freezers so there's enough space for everyone. As well as tons of storage, breakfast bar and utility room.
There is a full bathroom suite, a separate shower room and a separate toilet.
There's outdoor space at the front of the house for you to get your vitamin D fix. Plus free parking outside - no need for a permit!
There's also an additional external lockable bike storage unit.

But what about the bedroom? The most important bit, yes?
The room becoming available is a fab attic room. Lockable door, large double bed with under bed storage, double wardrobe with additional storage at the top, drawers, lamp, framed artwork. Carpeted floor with curtains on the windows - private and not accessible by your housemates. It's great place to relax after work and there's tons of storage in the wardrobes and under the bed. This room is unique and has a great feel. And, the super-fast WiFi reaches all over the house so there's no need to worry about being too far from the router. Should you need to work from home you will find that this is a very easy place to be.

Now onto the rent, what do you get?
Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and fortnightly cleaner (for the communal area). You'll have access to our brilliant online tenant platform where you can: apply for rooms, report repairs, find your thorough inventory and all your tenancy documents.

So, who are the housemates?
This is a lovely group of housemates who have all met at individual times when they moved in so its not a closed group. 5 male working professionals - friendly, sociable, outgoing but also considerate and most importantly tidy. If you're clean, tidy and friendly then you'll fit right in.
If you're over 21 and employed then this one could be the right one for you. We will try to arrange for you to meet everyone before you move in and pass on your contact details (with your permission) so that you can say hello to each other. Everyone will be over 21 so no freshers wanting all-night parties (as lovely as they are, they're not for this house). Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Not a lot to ask, is it? Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax with the whole house feeling like a home.

Who is the landlord?
Everyone at Bijou Relocation has worked in the housing industry for many, many years. We've all lived in shared houses and know what people want and don't want. We're fully GDPR-compliant and easily contactable by phone/text, or on COHO the tenant online platform that you'll have access to once you've completed your application. Viewings are either in person or live video call viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.

How do you view these great rooms I hear you cry?!
You can apply by sending us a message and we will arrange viewings for you.
Your deposit will be stored in the Deposit Protection Scheme and you'll have 24 hour access to the details on the tenant platform.
The property has all the up-to-date certifications stored here, as well as the HMO licence, EPC and How to Rent guides, to name a few.
