The room has used of a shared kitchen with cooker, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus cupboard space. Also use of a shared garden, and external bike storage. Shared living/dining room.
The house will normally be shared with one other person. I am a male in his fifties. My adult children often visit at the weekend, so there will be others in the house at times.
This accommodation is for a short term let, as the house will be sold, and would also be good for a Monday to Friday stay (with discount). Bills paid, but additional charge for heating if working at home during the day in the week.
