Main double room in professional home

Double room in the best spot in town!.
The main bedroom in my 2 bed house is going to be available since my long-term housemate is off travelling.
This is my first owned- home, have shared in many across the country ( and other countries). I’d describe myself as a laid back supportive housemate. Still friends with lots of my old roomies too.

Comfortable house, sharing bathroom, living spaces and garden with me. Fab location, and easy access to town. Bars, refil shop and bakery all on the door step. Plus Gravel Pit and Cole’s corner.

I’m looking to keep the collaborative homely vibe. Welcoming, respectful, home, but not a party house. More pubs and dinner parties these days!
I work full time at the children’s hospital and tend to have plans straight from work most days (gym/classes) , but enjoy a glass of wine and catch up in the week. The open fire is a real treat in the winter too.

Cycle to get about most of the time, enjoy a bit of dance, theatre , yoga and the occasional reservoir dip ( I mean I am a woman over 40!!!)
Looking for someone chilled, clean and friendly to join me in this fab little spot.

We’re a Hop and skip from the glories of London Road eateries. Takes me 30 mins to walk to the children’s hospital- or a 10 min cycle. Similar to the train station.
