Double & private bath in friendly Nether Edge home

The House & Us: We are a Journalist and a charity CEO looking for a likeminded person to share our home in Nether Edge. We’re both relatively well educated, enjoy good food, drink sometimes, and while we lead busy work lives, we value a home that feels like home.
The Space: You’ll have a double bedroom on the top floor along with your own private bathroom. We both work from home (9–5) from the landing area on that floor, but we’re very easygoing about how you use your space. If you're around during the day, we’re happy to share.
Living Together: We’re happy to get more than just a tenant if that’s the way it works out. Someone with similar tastes who we genuinely get on with would be great.
The Social Side: We’re sometimes out for food or drinks on the weekend, and we're always up for a kitchen table chat or a catch-up at the end of the day.
The Living Room: While we use the lounge to decompress in the evenings, it’s not "off-limits"—we're just looking for someone who respects a bit of mutual space and can read the room.
The Vibe: Independent, socially conscious, and respectful.
Ideally suited for: A professional or academic who values a mature, thoughtful, and friendly household.
Location: Perfectly placed for the independent shops and cafes of Abbeydale Road. Easy bus/bike routes to the Hospitals and Universities.
