Double Room plus office in attic beautiful house

Double bedroom with an additional office/tv room offered as a package in the attic of a large terrace house on a quiet leafy street off Carter Knowle Road.

The attic double bed room is bright and airy, with a large doomer window overlooking the leafy trees of Nether Edge. It has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelves. There is space for additional storage or an easy chair. Note that furniture in both rooms is flexible, and can be swapped in or out as required.

The attic office/tv room is a cosy space with a velux window providing perfect light for a quiet workspace. It is furnished with an office desk and chair, or the space could be used for a relaxing sofa and tv display. There are plenty of shelves for storage.

Note that the occupant is the sole person in the attic - it is a lovely quiet and private space.

The room has access to a modern bathroom including a powerful shower, a large bath, toilet and sink. This is shared with one other person (who is usually mid week only).

The room has use of a shared kitchen with cooker, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus cupboard space. Also use of a shared garden, and external covered storage (eg a bike). Shared use of a large living/dining room with two sofas, big dining room table, and a fireplace, which is perfect to have friends round for a sociable lunch.

The house will normally be shared with two other people. I am a male in his fifties. Another room is about to be let to a new lodger, a male in his forties. The attic space is on the top floor with no other occupants, whilst the other two people occupy on the first floor.

I usually stay at the house during the week (Monday night to Thursday). The other lodger will be full time. My adult children and other guests may stay from time to time.
