Gorgeous Edwardian Apartment Bills Included

OK Hi So....

I have a huge Edwardian apartment on a beautiful leafy road in Nether Edge and rent out the spare rooms.

All the rooms are good sized doubles and are furnished. All rooms enjoy the benefit of sky cabling (although if you want a sky box in your room I think the current multi-room subscription is £11 so just add that to the room cost and I'll arrange it) the bedroom on offer does have a brand new double bed.
Living room Netflix account / amazon prime / sky & Youtube Premium

The house in general is fully equipped with mostly high end appliances (apart from the washing machine ... which is good... Just not particularly sexy...) There's even a professional cheese toasty maker : ) The living room is gorgeous and enjoys currently a 50 inch LCD with a PS3 if you like gaming tho soon to be a PS4. There's a large main bathroom with toilet and a separate W. C. The house is kept in a pretty much pristine state of tidiness. Someone who appreciates this would go well : )

At the moment we are 2 easy going laid back guys. I'd prefer someone reasonably sociable as board games / shared dinners / film nights and the occasional night out . house parties are nice bit on my own I don't know enough to host one haha : )

There is a large back garden to use with a picnic table, canopy and a couple of fire pits for those summer nights hanging out with a few drinks.

Only con I can see is the fact I smoke. Some people simply don't like it. But if you can cope then this place is definitely worth a look

A PS4 has been in residence for sometime now, we're getting on OK.

The washing machine has now been upgraded to a sexy samsung eco bubble - it even plays a tune when its finished washing your clothes!

Lovely new American style fridge freezer has been included.
