Double Bedrooms
Furnished double bedrooms with double beds, chest of drawers and large wardrobe.. Additional suitable furniture would be supplied after discussing your requirements. The rent is £105 / week.

Single Bedroom
Furnished single bedrooms with single bed. The rent is £75 per week.

£350 bond required.

The property has up to date electric and gas safety certificates and has a full fire / smoke alarm system installed. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises.

Professionals in full-time employment and students in full-time education considered.

It was a pleasure to stay in this house for 8 months. Since my first communication expressing my interest in the top floor flat, I was so welcomed. Bob is an honest, sincere and professional landlord. He made the tenancy agreement quickly. The agreement was clear and to the point. Bob is so friendly and he is always available when I needed his help with any issue with the house. He always keeps an eye on the maintenance of the house and quickly fixes any issue.

The tenants are so friendly and considerate. I also note that the neighbours are helpful too.

I had to leave the house as I have relocated, otherwise I would have stayed in, as I really enjoyed the past 8 months.

Bob is a true gentleman, full-stop. His hospitality, work ethic, prompt service and warm attitude is second to none and it should be said that I would have stayed on as his tenant until retirement age if I'd not moved back in with family, Bob certainly made me feel like I was living with next of kin anyway. Not only does he have good sense in making sure his tenant are well looked after, he also makes sure to remember celebrations and maintenance visits, plus ensuring good relations between the home movers at the property. If ever I wanted to start up my own hotel or travel agency Bob would be my first pick for client manager. Top marks!

Thank you for providing me the accommodation in your rented property (house share) for almost 3 years. During that time, I had no major issues with the house or tenants, and I consider you to be very responsible and sensible landlord, who fixed and listened to me and other tenants any time there was an issue. I was very pleased that you bought additional furniture to my room, such as PC table, and mounted the shelves that i requested, at no extra cost, even let me to choose the design and pick the one that I like. You are the best landlord I ever had, period. I eventually moved to my own property as a first time buyer, but living at your affordable rented house allowed me to concentrate on my work and live in good environment, which helped me to unwind and achieve my goals. I would happily stay at your rented house if I didn´t choose to buy my own.
