The bills average at about £125 a month, per tenant, assuming there are four people in the house (based on British Gas consumption estimates).

The cottage has all the usual amenites-its double glazed, has a large, well equipped dining kitchen, microwave, large fridge freezer and automatic washer/dryer , a modern tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There's wireless internet (65mbps) and Freeview TV in each room.

It feels spacious and even though its shared, former tenants say it feels very private, the rooms being well spaced.

There's plenty of off street parking (very rare these days!) included in the house's own big yard space. Its situated in Woodseats on a quiet side road in a very reputable area of the city.

Outside the cottage there's a big courtyard with plenty of off street parking and a 'sun trap' garden area with a bench and rotary airer for warmer days!
