Hi there This lovely apartment has now got a room to let from 1st august 2026. one PhD student has moved to where they have got a new job, therefore we need a third person to buddy up with the two postgrads already here! 3 bed spacious lovely apartment for postgrads or mature students. All bills covered in the rent. At the moment we are two phd students living in the flat and need a third to join us!
Great location, just outside the hub of Kelham Island, bars, coffee bars shops and supermarkets. Across the road is a 24 hour Tesco supermarket. Regular Tram and buses to University, city centre and Meadowhall shopping and entertainment.
The accommodation is clean and recently decorated with brand new comfortable beds! a shared fitted kitchen, living room 1 large bathroom with shower to share between 3 people. A wash room on the second floor. 2 toilets. The accommodation is on two floors. Double glazed windows. Brand new boilers and all up-to date with gas and electric inspections. More like a large house. Great views and has a private entrance with security lighting, and car park. The accommodation is situated over a popular ski and snowboarding store and the land lord is contactable each day. The land lord is on hand as she works in the snowboard shop below! The flats have all gas and electric up to date certificates. Its a popular quiet leafy location.
It is very popular with Phd and third year students. If you are a professional then living with a student will enable you 25% discount off your council tax. But this will be paid by you.
