Quiet room in South Sheffield

I have a spare, newly renovated room with ample storage space in a clean house in a really welcoming and quiet cul de sac. This is a house share. There’s currently two of us living here and a rescued cat. We are both full-time employed professionals and there’s a nice easy-going atmosphere in the house. We’re looking for a clean, friendly person who enjoys live as much as we do. Keywords are good vibes and trust.

Shared kitchen, living room and garden. 2 toilets. Shared bathroom - kept very clean. Parking space outside and behind the house, both off-street. Fibre-optic broadband, washing machine, fridge, freezer. Beautiful ancient SSSI woodland 5 minute walk from the house!

Just off Meadowhead roundabout, 10 minutes into Chesterfield centre, 15 minutes into Sheffield centre (depending on traffic!), 20 minutes into Hathersage. 3 minutes walk from bus stop.

I (the landlord) am originally from Germany but have lived in the UK since 2005. I’m an outdoor instructor and languages teacher living a very active life style and I‘m pretty laid back. Get in touch and come round for a brew and a look. The pictures should give you a fair idea of what to expect.
