Ive lived in Sheffield all my life and have bought a private house and as such have had long term lodgers as well as short-term. I offer a all bills included at a monthly rent of £450.00. (No deposit) Assured Tenancy Agreement. The home is a 3 bedroom semi and a downstairs room which is permitted to be used as a lodgers bedroom. Communal Kitchen, and living room. Separate bathroom and separate WC. Storage in the house for cooking. The available room has its own fridge/freezer with tall wardrobe and draws. Comfy chair and a table and a single sized bed.

Garden access front and back with a Garage.

Located in the village of Loxley. Good connections to City Centre or the Peak National Park. Lidl and Morrisons and local fruit and veg shop close by too. Tram network at Malin Bridge.
