Utility bills included, with WiFi. Bike storage available in basement.

The flat would most suit a postdoc, a visiting academic, or a professional - someone who is quiet, clean and tidy, and considerate, who ordinarily does not work from home, and does not work shifts. I am a university academic and live a quiet life, and want to keep a quiet, clean and tidy house. Happy to meet someone from overseas as I'm interested in cultures and languages.
Ready to occupy from September. Ideally you'd stay for around 4-9 months, or longer if we get on well, though short lets also possible for a negotiated fee. You'll need to provide references and proof of enrollment or employment etc.
