A recently refurbished, high-spec, well presented 4 double bedroomed Edwardian property ideally located close to amenities on city road, Sheffield. This well-connected setting provides regular routes to all areas of Sheffield and surrounding areas being just 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop and a 2-minute walk to the Supertram network.

We have 4 great fully-furnished rooms on offer and welcome working professionals who are looking for a 6+ month AST rental contract and want to move in completely hassle-free!

Each of the 4 rooms includes all bills and offers something special.

As you can see from the photos, all of our bedrooms are in exemplary condition with all bills included, they are offered fully furnished including a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair and a high definition 32-inch smart tv.

Reference checks will be carried out on all tenants, this will highlight work records, unspent criminal convictions, CCJ’s, bankruptcy etc. If you are aware that any of these apply to you please make us aware in your initial contact.

This is a newly refurbished and well-presented house. We, therefore, ask that all tenants respect the house, other tenants and the neighbours. No pets or smoking are to be allowed in the house and would appreciate smokers deposing of cigarettes outside respectfully.

As this is a co-living house we might ask you what your work shift pattern is. This is so we can best match tenants with others on similar shift patterns to reduce noise nuisances and keep everyone happy.
