It leads on to the patio and lovely long enclosed garden. It would suit a professional person. Not full kitchen but has an amazing mini oven, induction hob plate and a fantastic multi-cooker, (roast/boil/saute/slow cook - not in pics) .

Washing machine is in the main house and can be used by tenant. Short-term lets considered. Sorry, no pets.

I live in the main house above with my 2 children. The basement flat is sound-proofed but there is a small amount of noise transference. So would suit a professional person who gets up in the mornings for work in the week. No couples of families. I am LGBTQI friendly.

I'm looking for someone considerate and fairly quiet (who won't disturb me or adjoining neighbours with noisy partying!) I am warm and friendly and have become good friends with previous flat tenants - they sometimes came up to the main house for a meal or we sat in the garden for a G&T in the summer.
