Your space:

Your clean and stylish home is under a minute from Park Grange Supertram and less than twenty minutes' walk from Sheffield Railway Station. Your choice of Double room offers blackout blinds and garden or city views. Built relatively recently, the entire house is double-glazed with efficient heating, hot water, and modern fixtures, fittings and appliances, with brand new kitchen appliances (and a full kitchen upgrade happening in January). Outside you can enjoy a quiet neighbourhood that backs onto a leading Heritage Park.

In addition to your room, you'll have access to:

A terraced garden with patio, dining table, barbecue, and decking with bean bags.

A kitchen with induction hob, double oven, dishwasher, two fridges, freezer, toaster, juicer-blender, air fryer and doors leading to garden.

Upstairs house bathroom with toilet, power-shower and bath.
Utility with washer and separate dryer.

A large living room - which you are encouraged to use and share - with Sky TV, and real fire.

Unlimited WiFi throughout the house.

All bills are included, as are essentials such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid.

Your social experience:

As a live-in home-owner, it's in my interests to keep everything to a high standard for you. I'm also used to sharing. I'm generally sociable and enjoy watching TV in the lounge with housemates. You'll be sharing with me and another lodger.

I am a working professional. I have two cats and a Labrador dog. It’s important to avoid letting the cats escape via doors and windows. I work variable shifts most weeks. You have no responsibilities for animals, as a dog walker comes when I am at work.

Your safety and protection:

I do everything by the book, your deposit will go into the Deposit Protection Scheme and you will be given a Lodger Agreement to provide you with some security.

I have experience supporting those who do not possess standard documents to pass a UK Government 'Right to Rent check', so please still get in touch even if you are not a British passport holder.

I am also happy to accept Housing Benefit or Universal Credit for housing.

There are no charges or fees for the agreements or checks.

Anyone friendly is welcome as a new housemate, regardless of background, ethnicity, gender, language, nationality or sexuality.
