Short term let - Room in shared Kelham Island flat

Hey 😊 I own a 2 bed flat in Kelham island and I'm looking for short term lodgers for my spare room. Large living space with added bonus of a mezzanine! I've lived here 6 years and it's really well located for all the cafes and bars in the area if that's what you're interested in 😊 I have quite an active social life so between work, gym and going out I'm not home much - but also enjoy a chilled evening in. Looking for someone with similar interests who is also sociable!

The flat is close to bus and tram stops, walking distance in to town and the right side of the ring road for the parkway/motorway. The flat is close to Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield Children's and Northern General as well as a short drive to Rotherham Hospital so ideal for people on placements as well as easy transport to both Universities. A permit for parking around kelham can be applied for if people needed, but would need to be sorted ahead of time. Preferably short term, although possibility for longer stays if its the right fit!
