Lovely Double Room in Bradway S17

I'm 41 and I work from home (project manager for an AR agency) - I have a small pup called Bailey (Jack Russell x Maltese) who is super friendly.

I spend a lot of time at my partners house at the other side of Sheffield, so I'm considering renting out my spare room.

The house is a 3 bed semi, the spare room is a good sized double with fitted wardrobes and can be rented furnished / part furnished depending on your preference :)

I have just finished updating the house (new bathroom and redecorated throughout) so I'm looking for someone who will look after the place.

There is also a large garden and a garage if you need extra storage space (unfortunately it can't be accessed by vehicles).

All usual bills are included, but the room excludes the cost of the cleaner and gardener (unless you're into gardening) - arranged as and when needed.

Broadband is also included.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept additional pets - as Bailey is used to being the only one and doesn't like to share!
