There are 2 fully furnished professional / student rooms/bedrooms (1 single & 1 double) available in a very well located shared house at Upperthorpe with all the facilities required for comfortable living, from 1 May 2024 for 2024-2025 student year with longevity continuity into following years if required. Room rent is £450-550 a month inclusive of bills including council tax. Rent will increase each year by 5-7% to account for inflation and rising utility costs etc.
The house has a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with all mod cons. There is a common reception room / dining room with dining pool table and walled Sat TV, Printer Copier etc. Each bedroom also has a walled SAT TV. Free WIFI is also installed.
There will be four students/other in total residing at the property, 2 of which are already in place (Tyrine & Tyamy) who will be studying at SHU (Banking & Finance) & King Edwards 6h Form (Chemistry & Biology). They are also very friendly and trilingual (English, Spanish & Thai).
The house is close to tram stop but within walking distance of SHU & US. Shops, post office, pharmacy and hospitals are close by with Tesco's superstore only 300m walk away. Street parking is available on the surrounding streets.

If tenants have a specified request for any particular item of equipment or appliance etc then everything possible will be done to accommodate a tenants needs. Good Landlord!

There 2 bedrooms available at 450 & 550 a month for rent along with shared access to the dining room, kitchen and bathroom from the 1 May. A few days earlier ok.

Each tenant gets there own fridge freezer and TV in their room.

Viewing slots will be from 27 & 28 April onwards.
