1 double bedroom available in 3 bedroom flat. My current flatmate will be moving cities soon, so provisional move in is late July 2025.
Rent is £850 total. £425 split equally.

The largest room in the flat is used as a spare room office/shared storage space, (I also work from home 2-3x a week). The flat is spacious for two people, whilst still feeling cosy too. It's a real gem of a place 🥰

The flat has a little balcony, front and back door entrance, lots of windows and is light and airy. We have communal access to a huge back garden overlooking the river too. So if you're keen on gardening/BBQing it's ideal.
Close to the woods, trees and Derbyshire. Also 2 min walk from Dore train station and bus stop to town. 15 mins drive away from town centre. Car parking space is available directly outside too.

Looking for someone easygoing, sociable, independent and a good communicator. I'm pretty laidback and have become close friends with past flatmates. Open to having shared meals, but tend to mostly cook separately. Preference to share the space with someone who is LGBTQ+ too but not a requirement 😊
