Light and airy, comfy single room with plenty of storage and view of back garden.
Free wifi, washing facilities, parking.
Sharing with myself (the owner) and my lodger who is a 39 year old female professional who rents the attic room.
I work part time, so i’m out of the house some of the week.
I can be chatty and sociable but equally value my own space.
We have a shared bathroom with a bath & shower, however I often use the en suite in my bedroom.
The house is minutes from Abbeydale Road, millhouses and woodseats. It is 5 or so minutes from the big Tesco and on a busy bus route for the city centre.
There are plenty of shops, cafes and bars nearby.
Looking for a mature student or professional who is generally tidy in communal areas.
Use of shared kitchen and garden, and occasional use of dining room or living room as arranged.
Smoking is allowed in the garden.
