Large room in house with cats and houseplants

Hello,

Looking for a housemate to join me and my 2 cats, Rum and Raisin. If you like house plants, cats and loads of daylight then this could be for you. The room is on its own separate floor (top floor) and is large with an excellent view over Sheffield out of the skylight. Currently has a double bed, futon, desk, shelves etc. but could move furniture out/bring some more in as needed. Plants can also be moved out. Bathroom is shared with a large shower. I work from home a couple of days a week and at the moment work from the dining room table so I can enjoy the log burner. If you needed to work from home you could work from your room or there is a separate office. Garden is large but unkempt. When I am in the house I tend to just chill with the cats, watch TV and do a bit of DIY. In my spare time I mainly see friends and family, run, cycle and swim. I sometimes have friends round for supper - perhaps once every 3 weeks. Would be great to have someone in the house who I can have a natter with and who would like to shower Rum and Raisin with affection. The cats go outside so there is no litter tray in the house. The house has plenty of rooms in addition to your bedroom with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and office. All bills included. The house is in Woodseats and with easy access to Abbeydale Road and Chesterfield Road. Bus into the city centre takes 20 mins. If you've got a car you can park on the road. Great access to lovely running routes and for cycling into peaks.
