A light and cozy double room in a newly renovated 2 bedroom house.  Ideally suited to professionals or mature students.

The property comprises a ground floor kitchen with the dining table. The kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The spare is upstairs and has a large wardrobe, a double bed, a desk with a chair, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. You are welcome to bring your own furniture depending on the size.

There are 2 toilets and a bathroom with a bath to share with just 1 person.

There is a large garden at the back to store a bike.

All bills included into the monthly rent.

Viewing is essential.

You will be sharing the property with a female professional.  I am at the office 9-5 and come home only late evening after doing sports.

I am into cycling, trail running, gym, climbing etc.

Would require £200 deposit and monthly rent of £550.
