The newly created bathroom and separate shower room are shared so two lodgers can get washed at same time. Kitchen/dining room shared. Own cupboards, fridge/freezer. Large capacity washing machine and drier.

I work from home but have previously worked as an IT contractor extensively away from home so trying to make it feel like a home from home. Looking for fully employed person or someone working away from home.

Location handy for M1, Meadowhall, Northern General hospital, Sheffield Arena, Centertainment etc
