Room in Warmly Decorated House in Millhouses

I am in the final stages of renovating a property in Millhouses. If you feel at home in a warm, classically decorated house, this could be a fantastic home for you. Situated just off Abbeydale Road on an unadopted road with plenty of parking, this property is ideally situated for escaping to the Peak District as well as having great access to public transport into town. Tescos is a short, riverside walk away (literally 5 minutes), and Sainsbury's and Aldi are only a stone's throw further on.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen and utility, with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Wifi and all bills (including council tax) are included.

The largest room in the house is occupied until late March, at which point the prospective tenant may upgrade if they wish!
The smaller room currently on offer is large enough to common a good-sized bed, a chest of drawers and a desk.

I have had terrible experiences with live-in landlords, so I know what not to do! Rest assured that although I own this house, it will be our home.

I am an active person, enjoying spending as much time as possible in the Peaks, climbing, caving and running when I can, but I also enjoy a quiet evening in, being creative, reading, or just chilling with some video games. I enjoy the occasional night out at Hagglers too. :) I am currently a Supply Teacher, which means I'm usually out during the day in the week, but have time off during the holidays. Down the line, I intend to get out and see a bit more of the world, so I'm looking for someone I can entrust the house to whilst I'm away.

The ideal housemate enjoys a good chinwag, has interesting hobbies, and can teach me something new!
There's plenty of space left on the communal bookshelf for you to add to :)

As it stands, the last thing to beautify on the house is the garden, which will be my project over the next 2 months.
