The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is available. It is located in Crookes, just off School Road which is a short 10 minute walk to the university and it is easy to access the peak district and lots of parks nearby.

Viewings available week of 16th August.

Please read: Contract is rolling after the first 6 months and I require 1 months notice before leaving the property - flexible let.

There is one shared bathroom between 3. The top floor has an en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor with its own door to the outside - £325 - available from 1st August 2026.

The council tax band is A (lowest value)
Bills are not included but will be paid along with rent and subject to change each month (based on gas/electricity usage). The council tax, wifi and water is the same cost each month and all bills are split between those in the house - bills average £100-150 per month.

There is no parking on the property but lots of free parking on the surrounding streets.

You will be living with housemates Toby, Amy and Fatima. They all co-exist well together and are all post-grad students.
