We have one room available in a well-maintained 6 bed flat right at the start of Ecclesall Road and London Road, just a short walk from the train station and city centre. Waitrose is right next door and Lidl is across the road. Postcode S11 8HY.

The flat has a kitchen diner with dining table and chairs, two fridge freezers, plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, hob and oven. There’s also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer (free to use), plus storage space for suitcases and boxes. There are 4 bathrooms so no waiting around in the mornings. One bathroom is specifically for this floor.

Room 12 is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, internal sink vanity unit and includes a desk and chair.

The rent includes gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband, TV licence (communal area) and a weekly cleaner for the shared areas. You’ll also have access to our tenant platform for documents, inventory and reporting any maintenance.

The current housemates are all working professional females who moved in at different times and have created a friendly, sociable and respectful home. It’s a calm, clean and well-kept environment where people enjoy a chat in the kitchen or a glass of wine, but it’s not a party flat.

The household has developed a really comfortable and settled dynamic, and we’re looking for someone who will fit in well and help maintain that atmosphere. It tends to suit females looking for a relaxed, tidy and easy-going home.
