Room in student flat in IQ Century Square

Room in a student flat that I am leaving. Room is relatively spacious with a double bed and ample storage space. Decent sized ensuite bathroom. All rooms in the flat are locked separately. Flat is on the 5th floor but main entrance is on the 2nd. There are 2 lifts in the building. Shared living space has 2 fridges which means you won't be competing for fridge space with other flat mates. Council tax exempt if you are a student. Building also has 24hr security and a concierge as well as a locked bike storage shed. I will not be your landlord, the contract I have signed will be transferred to your name. Total price of the contract is £5764 but since I have already payed the £655 advance the you'd only be paying 5107.
