Large double attic or First floor room

Hi, we are a married couple called Eve and Richard and have 2 grown up children that have left home and have 2 double rooms available. One is a large attic room and the other is a large first floor room both with lovey views of the valley. You can choose which room you would prefer. We are filmmakers and have an studio in our converted cellar, so we mainly work from home in there. The kitchen/ diner, bathroom and back patio garden is shared and possibly the living room ( depending on which room you choose) Our house is situated on a quiet no through road in a very popular area in Sheffield called Nether Green The area has lovely restaurants, cafes and parks with walks straight into the peak district just and 20 min bus route into town. There is also a great convenient store, chemist , GP just around the corner too. We are easy going and love music, film, theatre , travelling and are flexible in how we can best live together.. We are happy to host a couple (with an extra charge/, as the rooms are very suitable for a couple with plenty of storage space. There is space to put your bike in the back yard too as well as on street parking. We look forward meeting our new lodgers.
