A self-contained studio for people working in Sheffield during the week.

That's £30 a night, including all bills, fast broadband, a weekly clean and your laundry done.

This is not a houseshare!

You get the whole space to yourself - private entrance, your own bathroom, your own kitchen, your own living area.

No flatmates, no shared facilities, no negotiating over the fridge. We live next door in the main house, so there's someone on hand if anything needs sorting, but the studio is entirely yours.

Available five nights a week:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Arrive Sunday evening, leave Friday morning.

You come back to a freshly cleaned studio with clean bedding every Sunday - which does mean taking your things with you on Friday morning.

Available December through March. Longer or shorter terms considered.

Who it suits:
Contractors, locums, visiting academics, engineers on local projects - anyone working in Sheffield Sunday to Friday who would rather have their own front door than a Travelodge.

The studio runs as a 4.95-star rated short let on AirBnB for the rest of the year and is maintained to that standard.
