Hi there!

I'm a live-in landlord looking for friendly, considerate housemates to share a relaxed and welcoming home in S2. The house is located within 15 minutes walk to Sheffield station.

Ideally, I'd love to share with working professionals or PhD students who are independent, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having their own downtime.

I enjoy watching films and TV series, occasionally heading to the pub, and I'm keen to get back into a regular exercise routine (a gym or walking buddy would be a bonus!).

From time to time, I have friends or family visiting, so I'd like the house to feel welcoming and comfortable while respecting everyone's privacy.

The kind of housemates I'm looking for:

Ideally, someone who is:

Friendly, relaxed and easy to get along with

Clean, tidy and considerate in shared spaces

A working professional or PhD student (preferred)

Happy to socialise occasionally but also enjoys their independence

Respectful of other people's routines and personal space

I'm not looking for a party house, just a comfortable home where everyone gets along, feels at ease and can enjoy their own space.
