Hi, I'm Annie, solo mum to my 18 month old son. We have a large, light attic room to rent in our recently refurbished, spacious terraced house. Shared use of bathroom, dining room and kitchen. Patio and garden will be landscaped over the coming months, ready for shared use by spring :-).

We're on Penrhyn Rd, very close to Endcliffe Park, Sharrow Vale and Ecclesall Rd. Looking for someone pleasant, relaxed, clean and tidy to share with. Maybe a post-graduate student or professional? Ideally for 6 months or more, but would consider short term rentals as well. All bills and council tax included. On-street parking.
