TAKEN-Large 13ft x 10ft comfortable decorated bedroom with furnishings, with a pine double bed, protected mattress, 1 side of a double wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers with a bedside with lamp and fan If you want to bring a smart TV there is plenty of space.
Shared Separate bathroom with a bath and an electric shower, a separate toilet. 3 bedrooms, 1 large lounge room, 1 sunroom/single story extension/dining room, large kitchen with the use of all the appliances, washer, gas double stove, with 2 electric cookers, large convection microwave air fryer WiFi, 2 x Fridge freezers, 2 x Air fryers etc
All of the above are communal and you will have use of them all.
I have a private enclosed garden, there is parking within the cul-de-sac.
My home is in the Mosborough townships, near a large shopping complex 'Crystal Peaks' 5 minute walk, there is a local library, restaurants, retail park, lovely local pubs, Rother Valley Country Park, Gullivers Kingdom which is virtually on the doorstep.
This is a lovely quiet suburb in Sheffield with excellent amenities.
Excellent transport links to the M1 & M18 roughly a 10 minutes drive, to the city centre and beyond, the tram 5 minute walk & bus stops 2 minutes on the road!
Mon-Fri last tram from the Cathedral 11:34 pm and Sun 11:14 pm and the last bus from Arundel Gate Mon-Sun 11:55 pm.
So even commuting to Sheffield university is straight through on the tram.
I live here myself and would like to think I am pretty laid back, kind, and approachable. I love a good laugh!
I am very sociable and I would like to think we/whoever could sit and chill whenever possible together. i. e. watch a movie, TV, chat etc, you don't have to stay in your room all the time, unless you want to.
I don't mind renting to a cigarette smoker, as long as they understand it is strictly smoking outside. Strictly No drugs.
I will say I need a housemate that is thoughtful considerate who appreciates and acknowledges that this is my home. Keeping you're bedrooms tidy'ish' if you make a mess clean up after yourself, personal hygiene is a non negotiational.
At present I am in the process still renovating the house, and you can appreciate this takes time. So at times I have DIY stuff around the house. Household chores, I'd like to think we will share the work in communal rooms. We can discuss this when you come and view.
I work, so if you are a shift worker! Or a similar working pattern, I would like the person to feel at home, happy and comfortable. Feel free to come and view!
All bills are included plus broadband all you need to do is buy your own food and your essentials, milk, tea, coffee, soap powder etc. With the cost of living situation I have had to increase the weekly rent, the price that is advertised, is correct with increase is included. With the proposed utility prices going up again in the new year, I may have to increase the rent but that's not a definite. I also use the fair use policy in my terms and conditions.
If you work from home, I will have to negotiate the extra utilities that hasn't been accounted for within the the price of the weekly rent.
