Large double room in Netheredge

Large, attractive, sunny double room available in comfortable shared house. This is a friendly household in one of the most popular parts of Sheffield, close to the cafes and shops of Netheredge corner. The room is fully furnished including double bed, wardrobe and desk.

There are two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and patio/garden which is great for summer BBQs and sitting out in. There is a bus stop going to town which is opposite the house. Off road parking will be available soon.

The rent includes everything - council tax (so band details not included here), wifi (Sky, fast), water, gas, electricity, TV license etc. 1x week cleaning of communal areas by professional cleaners is included in the cost.

Who are your potential housemates? We are a female professional (homeowner) and another female professional. One University student (owner's son) visites quite regularly. Its a relaxed atmosphere where we each do our own thing but are friendly when we see each other. We are internationally minded, cosmopolitan, try to be greenish. We have friendly cats and would particularly welcome someone who likes cats. In fact if you like cats a rent reduction for occasional cat-sitting could be possible :)
