The en-suite contains a shower, basin and toilet. The room houses a walk in wardrobe, double bed, large table/desk with dining chair, office chair and comfortable chair. Cabled Wi-Fi. All bills are included.
The front dormer window overlooks the treeline of Graves Park. There is also a rear velux window.
There is shared use of the kitchen with separate fridge available if required. Washing machine, dishwasher and freezer.
On street parking is available. It's presumed you will be registered for council tax at your primary address.
Location:
The house is situated on a quiet road adjacent to Graves Park. Access to the park and regular bus routes to city centre and Chesterfield are a 1 minute walk. Graves is the largest park in Sheffield with beautiful walks and amenities.
There are numerous independent outlets, a post office and a supermarket within 2 a two minute walk.
Ecclesall Woods and The Climbing Works are a 5 minute drive, as is Graves Tennis and Leisure Centre which includes a lovely pool, gym and fitness area. St. James Retail Park, adjacent to the leisure centre, houses Aldi, M&S Food as well as Next, TK Max, Superdrug and Wilko, not to mention two Costas!
The Peaks are a 10 to 15 minute drive away.
Residents:
Occupants include a friendly 55 year old professional working person and an occaisional visiting 20 year old, (when Mums cooking or cleaning required).Also two cats and a house rabbit.
Preferences:
I am looking for a lodger who requires weekday space only. Seven day lets also considered.
We have had a range of occupants in the past, year long tenancies to shorter 4 week stays.
I am looking for the right tenant so that we can all benefit. I relish space and time to myself after busy days at work, but acknowledge that sharing this space can work well for all, with the right person.
