Price includes council tax, water and Internet bills; also includes £40 towards gas and electricity bills; if the monthly gas and electricity bills exceed £40 per person per month, the current housemates needs to share the rest of bills. There is no extra payment for summer, but will be about £10 extra per person per month for the coldest months in winter according to the last year’s usage. The boiler has been recently replaced and can save the energy bill.
