The spacious first floor double bedroom with a small storage room is available at £430 per month in a three bedrooms shared house. International students are welcome.
The minimum contract is 7 months. For working professional, ID and proof of income is required after deciding to take the room.
Price includes water and Internet bills; also includes £40 towards gas and electricity bills; if the monthly gas and electricity bills exceed £40 per person per month, the current housemates needs to share the rest of bills. There is no extra payment for summer, but will be about £10 extra per person per month for the coldest months in winter according to the last year’s usage. The boiler has been recently replaced and can save the energy bill.
The house is ideal for both Universities (about 15 minutes walk to the centre campus)as well as an extremely convenient position offering easy access to Sheffield City Centre, where you will find an abundance of useful amenities ranging from high end restaurants, micro breweries, to handy convenience stores. Both London Road, Abbeydale Road and Ecclesall Road are within walking distance where you will find a plethora of fabulous restaurants, pubs and shops.
