Hi,
I have a double room. The house is in Woodseats (S8) on a great bus route for the city centre, and close to many shops, supermarkets and parks.. There is parking on the road outside of the house and a garage for bikes.
I live in a clean, non-smoking house with a relaxed attitude. I'm happy to have a glass of wine, but I'm equally happy to leave separate lives.
I'm looking for either short-term lets, or Monday to Friday..
I have two cats, so if you are not keen or allergic, I wish you well :-)
