Large living room with massive sofa and large 4k smart TV with cinema surround, treadmill and cross trainer, smart lighting and heating system, free music streaming around the house.

Room has its own private entrance door, access to a cellar for storage and free off street parking.

Courtyard area for BBQ and relaxing in the evening.

Housemates are quite active and go running, climbing, caving, hiking, wild camping, mountain biking, and like going out, though the house is very peaceful.

Looking for a professional or mature student, must be clean and tidy in the house.

Household is Pat (47 special needs consultant and handyman), Pat's two daughters age 16 and 18 there half the time, easy going, friendly and quiet. The other lodger is Claire, 42, an outdoor Psychotherapist and artist, in the attic room. Plus Tiffin and Horatio our elusive (shy) house cats.

We are picky about who moves in as we want to maintain the lovely vibe and homely feel to the place.
