The house is very clean and well maintained with central heating, double glazing, toilet and bathroom and a very large dining kitchen, a spacious living room plus a massive back garden. The room is fully furnished with bed and wardrobe and study desk. The house enjoys wood floor, washing machine , dishwasher, utility room and newly fitted very large diner kitchen. The rooms are offered to full time students / visiting students or professionals at full time/Part time employment.
Minimum contract is 3 month, but I can consider shorter time for exchange students or visiting students/scholars. The cost for short term tenancy would be more given the extra cleaning and re-advertising costs etc.

The house will be shared between 4 people. Two people who currently live there are professionals, one PhD student and the other one recent graduate working for the NHS. Ideal for professionals/ people within the academia or related professions.
