It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, a sideboard, hooks on the back of the door, and a double bed with a brand-new spring mattress.

There is a large garden to the rear as well as the front, and parking on the driveway and on the road. The neighbourhood is quiet and would suit an individual who is a quiet, working professional who wants a chilled location to relax in and potter in the garden. There is an allotment space including a shed, with space to store bikes and garden tools.
