The house is complete with sofas and flat screen TV in the communal lounge. The kitchen includes appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer plus utensils, there is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor including bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
The garden area is a lovely quiet space for relaxing with a garden shed for storage.
Utility bills included are council tax, water rates, electricity and gas bills AND UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED FIBRE WIFI!
Additional inclusive services are regular cleaning of communal areas at an additional cost we can provide a room cleaning service, regular gardening to maintain garden area generally within summer months and a window cleaning service to the exterior windows.
Parking is available on the road outside the property all weekend and from 16:30 in the evening to 09:30 the next day during the week.
