Residents have access to a communal lounge and kitchen, which includes laundry amenities featuring a washing machine and dryer; the washing machine operates on tokens that can be acquired from the property manager. The kitchen is also equipped with various appliances such as a cooker, kettle, and air fryer at no additional charge. Tenants will share a shower room and a separate toilet situated on the ground floor. All utility bills are covered, except for electricity in individual rooms, which are fitted with prepaid meters; tokens for these meters can be purchased from the property manager as required.

References from employers and previous residences, along with proof of income and photo identification, are necessary.
A holding deposit is required to secure the room, along with one week's rent paid in advance.
