Double room to rent

Hi!

I have a double room to rent in my house on Froghall Road, Cheadle.

I currently live in Scotland, but come back to visit once a month for around a week.

The house is very secure and private and has plenty of space to live comfortably. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Cheadle town centre and a 15 minute walk to JCB. Parking available.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and chest of drawers, you are welcome to make the room your own (within reason 😂).

The house is a 4 bedroom, and consists of a large kitchen diner, utility, living room, a bathroom and downstairs toilet, and 2 gardens.

Outdoor shed space available if needed.

£600PCM, bills included and WiFi, £600 deposit.

The room is non smoking (including vapes- so sorry they cause mold 😅) but smokers are welcome.

Ideally no pets please as I do have pets of my own (applicants must be ok with dogs and cats!), but this may be reconsidered for small pets ☺️ (no dogs please).

I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, respectful of the house and their room, employed, clean and tidy, and will treat the house as their own 🤍
