Double room close to hospital available

I am looking for a professional female housemate who is happy to have pets around, as I own 2 dogs.

PhD students may be considered but other students need not contact (e. g. MSc, BSc etc).

All bills included (Gas, electric, water, Wifi, council tax)

You are welcome to use the living room, dining and Kitchen, of course!

You will have your own cupboard and fridge and freezer section. You are welcome to use plates, cups, cutlery etc.

Dishwasher available.

Parking available.

Qualities looking for in a housemate:

- Must be animal lover.

- Conscientious, respectful and tidy.

- Quiet professional person. However, if you like playing instruments, please let me know and we can work around that with you.

- Cleans after themselves like an adult. However, general house cleaning will be done, by me, every week (Kitchen, living room, dining, hallways, etc). You just need to clean/tidy after yourself when using shared places but you will not be doing any other cleaning.

- This is a low footfall household and would like to keep it this way (e. g., not many visitors).

What are we like:

Me: I am a 42 year old live-in homeowner. I am a professional and work at the university. I love to cook and read when at home. Who am I kidding? I also love watching TV, ha! I am a vegetarian, but you do not have to be, I do buy meat meals for my dogs. Most of all, I love doing long walks and hikes with my dogs. I like keeping my place quiet, as in no loud music.

The dogs: I have two dogs, and they are very loved. I treat them like family. The fur-babies are allowed on sofas and my bed (they will not be going into your room). But you will see them on sofas, etc, so please be aware of this when using the living room. Both are hypoallergenic (as I am allergic to shedding animals) so they do not shed and you will not see their fur around.
