The House is based in Fradley Village on a nice executive housing complex which backs on to canal and surrounded by countryside main pic is of canal plus pic of estate that backs on to canal.

Private gym area in large shed.
Looking for easy going friendly professional who is clean tidy and non smoker non vaper. This is a fairly quiet respectable house all tenants very respectable and extremely clean and tired.
Unfortunately I’m sorry to say parking on the driveway is NOT included I’m afraid and wont be available - exisitng parking spaces are reserved for existing long term tenants. Street parking is available directly outside the house. If you need parking for more than one vehicle you will be automatically rejected I’m sorry to say. Also no vans allowed.
Preference given to non drivers who work locally at Fradley Park.
Existing tenants all working professionals who have lived here over 2 years - previous tenants have lived here over 12 years and 6 years plus respectively.
It’s a quiet respectable house sharing with respectable tenants and owner who are meticulously clean and tidy.
If you are not tidy and have a tenancy to leave dishes in sink or not want to take out the rubbish etc. This is not the property for you sorry.
