Free Tea/Coffee facilities in room, with Fridge/Wine Chiller on landing.

Farmhouse has well-equipped large country kitchen/diner, comprising 4 oven Everhot Range with induction hob, microwave, integrated fridge, dining table and log burner for chilly evenings. Separate large utility room with further fridge, freezers, washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a large separate lounge just for our guests, with comfy sofas, books, music and piano.

We have two acres of gardens around the house, .and a further 8 acres of fields to enjoy. Vegetable plots and greenhouse.

Village with three nice pubs and shops, under a mile down lane. Local market towns of Leek or Cheadle, just 5 miles.

Great cycling and walks from our front door (cycle storage available). Local steam railway and canal walks in Churnet Valley. Edge of Peak District National Park. Alton Towers 20 minutes. JCB 20 minutes.

Stunning countryside location, teeming with wildlife and birds, in Area of Special Scientific Interest, adjoining RSPB woodland., a nature-lover’s paradise.
