Double Room to Rent

Freshly decorated double room with brand new bed and mattress with new smart 55 inch smart tv fixed to the wall. There are 2 double white wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over the bath so you can either have a bath or have a shower. The lounge is shared but half the time I’m in my bedroom watching tv in bed. The kitchen has washing machine dishwasher with gas hob and double electric oven. I also have a down stairs toilet. I do have a 7 month old Cocker Spaniel who is very lively and friendly I am also trying to house train her so she does have little accidents from time to time. If you do want the double room I would like £300 deposit which you will get back when you leave. I want £550 a month paid on the 28th of each month or you can pay me weekly your choice.
