Whilst their guest will not have use of the family kitchen or living / dining room, they will have shared access to a middle-floor room which doubles as a kitchenette / utility and will include a breakfast table and chair (not shown in the images). Their home's front garden offers their guest a shared outdoor space with views across a large public open space toward Lichfield Cathedral. Lichfield City's Rail and Bus stations are within a comfortable 15 minute walk.
